I have been in the catering industry for the last 25 years, and had my own company since 2010.
I am part of the SACBW (South African Council for Business Woman); and a active member. I am also involved with the Expedia Feed A child organization.

I worked for Plaaskombuis Country Estate from 1986 - 1994.
My main focus was to make the meals for the guests who were staying at the estate.
Baking - Self Employed
I used to bake home made goods for the "Home Industry" on a daily basis. This I did on my own as a independent business owner.
Caterer/Chef - Karma Events and Function Hire

I decided to be a full time caterer and chef for my own company. I baked, made platters, cooked meals and catered for events since 2010.
